Music has been an integral part of Marc Görtz's life since his early teens. What began with playing guitar and writing songs eventually evolved into a lifelong career and a deep understanding of every stage of the creative process.

As the guitarist and founding member of Caliban, Marc has spent decades writing, recording, touring, and producing music on an international level. Throughout this journey, his passion naturally expanded beyond creating music for his own band. Working closely on countless productions sparked a deep enthusiasm for helping other artists develop their sound and realize their creative vision.

Years of experience in songwriting, pre-production, recording, editing, mixing, and album production have given Marc a unique perspective. As an active musician himself, he understands not only the technical aspects of production but also the creative challenges every band faces. This allows him to quickly connect with artists, understand their identity, and translate their ideas into authentic, powerful productions without compromising what makes them unique.

Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all approach, every project is treated individually. Marc's goal is to bring out the strongest version of every artist by combining technical expertise with a genuine understanding of songwriting, arrangement, performance, and modern music production.
